Private Residence, Hallandale Beach
+/-5,000 S.F. house ~ 2009 June - 2010 June
This is a whole house remodel and addition (teardown) designed by world renowned Architect Enrique Feldman. With my assistance, we developed the plans and elevations to fit the existing lot requirements and budgetary constraints. This is a project brought together by David Mizrahi of Danal Homes. Demolition started October 2009 and construction completed in June 2010.
