+/- 6,800 S.F. residence ~ 2000 - 2007
A project done while at SGRA Inc, I was fortunate to be able to work directly with the client on this design. The client came to me with two floor plans that roughly overlayed one another and the first design off those plans was accepted and the elevations developed quickly next. This client is a bridge builder and built this house with his crew. They also dredged the water features and came up with some beautiful pre-cast concrete details.
