Exterior and interior remodel, ~ 2006 - 2009 September
Exterior remodel (new stone façade, trim, columns, paint colors, windows, etc.), new curved rear balcony, new landscape plan and site features (Scott McClure landscape architect), generator. The exterior project came out beautiful and the Owner's were so happy with the project team (interior design- Craig Konhauzer, Architect- DMRA, contractor- Leslie at HMF) that we also made-over the entire interior (redesigned the kitchen/pantry/laundry room, remodelled the master suite and most of the first floor, and added a library/loft in the two-story living room).
