This home is in a great private community and the Owner's wished to create a nice hangout space for their family without too much expense. Due to the nature of the site and the existing floor plan, an addition over the garage made the most sense with the least interruption of the family life in the home. Interior designer Ilene Hirsch worked on the beautiful interior design. The addition provides a fresh face to an already beautiful home and allows water views diagonally across the street. Permit issued late October 2008, shell complete February 2009, project complete April 2009. HMF Construction (Leslie Tierkel).
