Private Residence, North Miami
New +/-5,000 S.F. house ~ 2008 Feb. - 2009
This is a beautiful home originally designed by world renowned Architect Enrique Feldman. It was a 7,400 s.f. home, but was re-designed to aproximately 5,000 s.f. to better fit the Owner's budget. With my assistance, we developed the plans and elevations to fit within the existing trees. Permit issued March, 2009 but will be resubmitted for the revised home. This is a project brought together by David Mizrahi of Danal Homes. Unfortunately, this project was never built.
