Addition and Remodel ~ 2009 April - 2010 May
These new renovations and additions will expand an already beautiful home. The existing home had an incongruous, lower roofed part in the rear and a previous addition created roof leak issues. The air-conditioned portion of the new addition is aprox. 1,000 s.f. and will re-create several roof lines to create a unified, leak-proof home. The cabana addition will provide an exterior social space and bbq area. Leslie Terkiel of HMF Construction was awarded the project and construction started October 2009. Interior renovations by Igor Abad were completed at the same time as the addition in May 2010.
