I was fortunate to have the opportunity to design this great house while working for Manuel Synalovski for an amazing couple in SW Ranches. He is a bridge builder and does the complicated concrete work most builders don't want to do. So in building his own house, he had a few surprises. Look closely at the bridge in the back going to what became a tree-house in the fig tree, the floating, cast in place concrete stair,  and the post-tensioned ballroom spanning a man-made waterway. We wanted the water to surround the entire house, but required clearances for the septic system wouldn't allow it.
