I was referred to the client through their contractor, BHG, which was referred to me by my last employer, Manuel Synalovski. The scope was to  create a new, modern aesthetic to replace the existing Mediterranean style. In the end, it turned into a whole house remodel and addition, which involved removing the entire interior, roof and most exterior walls as well as new driveway, pool, pool deck, cabana, and landscaping. Originally designed with my friend Joseph Bartoszek, Architectural Designer, the contractor and Interior Designer took this house to a level I hadn't imagined when we first started the project. This project was a Team effort with exceptional results, thanks to a client willing to make a masterpiece.
