This project was accomplished in 2008 and 2009 for a great family in the Montclaire section of Weston Hills Country Club. A second floor addition over the 3-car garage was decided as the best option for this existing one story home. The upstairs rooms are a large playroom with private bedroom and bathroom. In order to accomplish this new space over the garage, the stairs required the relocation of the existing laundry room into an existing bedroom on the first floor. Leslie Terkiel of HMF Construction was the successful bidder and constructed the addition without much complication.
