On the Boards (2015) - Approximately 15% of DMRA's projects are non-residential (commercial), usually offices (veterinarian, attorney, optometrist, furniture store, etc.) known as Tenant Improvements since the building is existing and my work is within that existing building. This project was brought to me by Leslie Terkiel of HMF Construction. The existing space will be doubling in size by expanding to encompass two additional bays in Weston Town Center. The new spaces need to match the existing aesthetic yet in a slightly cleaner, more modern style. The sales area was designed by Artco in Miami and the back room areas were designed by DMRA.
