Exterior remodel (new stone facade, trim, columns, paint colors, windows, etc.), new curved rear balcony, new landscape plan and site features (Scott McClure landscape architect), and generator. The exterior project came out beautiful and the Owner's were so happy with the project team (interior design- Craig Konhauzer, Architect- DMRA, contractor- Leslie at HMF) that we also made-over the entire interior (redesigned the kitchen/pantry/laundry room, remodelled the master suite and most of the first floor, and added a library/loft in the two-story living room).
